Kudos to Lori Mason and Laura Rosen
|

Despite my initial misgivings about being able to entertain other offers after making an application with the bank holding my original mortgage, Lori Mason encouraged me to allow her to 'win my business' by 'having lenders fight over me'! She patiently answered all my questions leading up to making an application for a VA IRRL, then she knocked it out of the park when she offered me the same rate as the holder of my original mortgage AND a substantial lender credit which effectively covered all of my prepaid and closing costs, so I effectively didn't have to bring any cash to closing! Then she and Laura Rosen worked diligently to get our closing scheduled to fit a narrow window of opportunity resulting from my family's travel requirements. Aside from minor fluctuations in time related costs associated with the date of closing versus what was estimated, everything was as advertised. When or if I need another mortgage or refinance I will give Lori a call first!
