Keith and Michelle of Prime Choice Funding did a great job during my recent refi on my home. I was not sure what to expect at first, but Keith thoroughly explained the process and requirements to me, setting my mind at ease. Once I was handed off to my loan officer, Michelle, she did an awesome job of walking me through the process and ensuring all documents were submitted as required. I had previously read some reviews concerning a lack of communication during home refinances, but I can assure you that both Keith and Michelle were very responsive to answering my questions and processing the paperwork.
