I recently refinanced my home with Specialists Kris Laursen and Stephen Chiu expecting a tedious ordeal based on previous experience I had in the past because of a problem. The process started out without a problem. It continued with necessary updating as the process was developing without a problem. All forms that needed signatures were completed without a problem. Monies were funded as stated with no problem. I would recommend this team to others intending to refinance.....No Problem!
