Our experience with Devin McKay at Prime Choice was very easy and just about as painless as a home refinance can be. Devin is very patient and very accessible. I would find myself having questions at random parts of my day and Devin was readily available by phone or e-mail to answer those questions. Devin even gave me his personal cell phone number in case we needed to call him with any questions on the night of our signing the 150 plus documents with the notary at our home, it was a late night. I thought that was top dog customer care through the end.
