We had an ARM loan that we were looking to refinance. After receiving several offers, we chose to use Prime Choice and worked with Gary McPeak, our loan consultant and Chrystal Mayhugh, our loan processor. Gary was very personable and attentive to our needs in what we were looking to do with the Refi. I would recommend Gary for your mortgage finance needs. Chrystal was also very helpful in preparing the items that we needed to provide to the new lender and she also made it possible for us to close where we were (which was on vacation in another state).
