Refinanced My Mortgage

I contacted my, now former, mortgage broker regarding the offers I had been receiving in the mail offering low rates and offering to reduce my monthly payments. He said he would get back to be. After multiple attempts and getting no response from him I decided to respond to one of Prime Choice Funding's mailers. I was a bit skeptical at first since I had never responded to a mailer before. Michelle Pano and Keith McKay quickly eliminated my skepticism. Keith clearly explained everything that was involved in the process step by step and told me exactly what to expect. Throughout the entire process Michelle kept me informed of the progress. There were no surprises. No snags. The process went exactly has Keith and Michelle said it would in our earlier conversations. Michelle and Keith were both very professional throughout the entire process and this was one of the easiest closing transactions I have experienced. Michelle and Keith delivered exactly what they promised and I am glad I responded to their mailing.
