I used PCI with agent Gary McPeak and loan officer Laura Rosen to refi my home. The entire experience, from initial contact to closing, took only three weeks and was amazingly easy. Gary and Laura were with me each step, attending to every detail with professionalism and courtesy. They were very responsive to my questions and concerns, and always quick to respond to phone calls and emails. That they worked together well enabled me to feel comfortable in my dealings with them; I had no hesitation in going through with the process, with their guidance. I needed to close by a certain date and they saw to it that the closing was three days ahead of that time. In sum, I could have been happier with my experience with PCF as personified by Gary and Laura. I'd work with them again in a heartbeat.
