Thanks to Gary McPeak an Laura Rosen the process was simple and easy. no problems or delays and a big plus there was no underwriting games played. that seems to be the norm with most lenders underwriting makes you jump through hoops for paper work an explanations. Not here, everything went smoothly and they were also very accessible. prompt in answering the phone, return of emails. all questions answered. all in all a very easy process. very satisfied..
