I gladly give a 5-star review to Keith McKay and Bob Lin! They were both excellent to work with. Every question was answered immediately. It felt like we were the only ones they were working with because they were so prompt with responses and action. I never could have dreamed that our refinance process would go as smoothly as it did. Most of the documents were e-signed on the computer and the closing documents were done by a notary that came to our home! With a busy schedule for both my husband and I, this was such an ideal process. The rates they offered could not be beat and all the closing costs rolled back into the loan so we didn't pay anything out of pocket, except the $500 appraisal of our home. If you are considering refinancing use Prime Choice with Keith McKay and Bob Lin! You won't regret it.
