Both Amanda Gray as Loan Officer and Bob Lin as Loan Processor provided excellent service on the VA refinance. As my wife was quite skittish about any refinance, Amanda went out of her way to provide clear, concise responses to questions that had multiple variables and also pointed us to how the re-finance could benefit us beyond simply reducing the monthly payment. Bob Lin oversaw that we got prompt copies of all loan documents and responded immediately to a couple of questions I had. I contacted Prime Choice on June 1. By June 14 our loan had been approved and we signed all paperwork on June 17 in front of a notary who came to our house on a Saturday to fit our schedule. And we had no out-of-pocket costs.
