We did VA cash-out refinance with Courtney and it was fast, easy, painless, and just an all-around good experience. Courtney did an amazing job of always keeping us updated on every step, she didn't let anything slip, she didn't let me miss anything (which almost happened), and she always followed up with a phone call. She made it so easy. We had our funds in less then 30 days. The best thing about working with PCF was that we worked only with Courtney, she handled everything.
