This is my second time using PCF. The first time was to lower my interest rate and this time was to cash out from my home equity. The second go around I used a company that was local where I am living and they could not reach my goal at the cost I was hoping for. I went ahead and reached out to PCF and that is where I met Gary McPeak. Right off the bat Gary was upfront, honest and went to work for me was soon as he heard my goals. He was able to beat what was offered to me by the other company and by a large margin. Once I accepted the terms of the loan I had the pleasure of meeting Laura Rosen who was very knowledgeable and a true professional. Both Gary and Laura were always available to answer all my questions (which I had a lot) and always took the time to ensure that my questions were answered before we hung up the phone. That fact that I was always kept up to date with the process was more than I expected and I will ensure to send anyone that I know to Gary and Laura. PCF has continuously earned my business and they truly deserve a 5 star rating!! Thank you once again Gary and Laura!!
