I want to begin by saying Keith McKay and Michelle Panno are incredible and an asset to the funding business. Not only were they professional they were most importantly HONEST. In my lifetime I have refinanced numerous times locally, because I thought it would be safer and quicker, but i have been proven wrong. Prime Choice Funding has changed my mindset with refi options. I believe my extraordinary experience is because of Keith and Michelle. From beginning to end they have guided and instructed me with total confidence and reassurance even when I doubted it to be possible at times. I would contact them in the late evenings and weekends and they responded even when they were not in their office. Michelle is such an encouraging and supportive person to have in this position she has been such a blessing to me. Again, I am so very thankful for these 2 people words truly doesn't do the justice they deserve. I worked customer service for 35 years and dealt with so many different personalities that near the end of my career I was burned out from the rudeness of some people, but thanks to Keith and Michelle they have given me hope for mankind again. Seriously, we all get so caught up with the negative vibes from life and people we tend to forget the goodness that is still in the world. Not only did you both do a superb job for my refi you both uplifted my belief in the goodness that is still in people.
