It was truly refreshing to deal with such professionals as Michelle Panno, and Keith McKay. Michelle completely went out of her way from start to finish to help assist me with any questions at any time I had one. In addition, the value added personal touch was very pleasing to deal since all customers want what they want. Keith was very prompt and knowledgeable as well.
