Prolaw - Terrible Customer Support

I've been a ProLaw user since 2004. Although the software is fairly good, their customer support is terrible. Example: When you call the support line, and go through voice mail menus, you get put on hold. When you finally get to talk to a human, all she can do is take your name and number and say that she'll have someone else call you. Then a few days later you might receive an email from somebody saying something like, "Try our knowledge database. Thanks for your inquiry. Sincerely, the Prolaw support staff." In my experience, just about everything owned by Thomson has terrible customer support. Thomson is definitely not a customer-focussed company.
