Cary P., In your review, you failed to mention that we lifted two wage garnishments off of you in a very timely manner... which you stated was your primary concern. Additionally, we filed two years of taxes to get you compliant with both state and federal. You provided us with a withholding compliance letter on December 2009... the letter was dated Dec. 2008. You have breached payment plans with the IRS in 2003 and 2004, which significantly hampered our efforts. Our staff is truly disappointed that so much work was done on your case in such a timely fashion and none of this was mentioned in your review. Please state the facts when rendering a review of our company. We work very hard to bring very difficult problems to resolution, and we are truly the best in the industry. With over 3000 clients a year, this was the only posted complaint. The facts of what we have done for your case can not be denied.
