Kathy Otero, is a great escrow officer. I had a very difficult escrow and she was patient and diligent in getting the job done. Always cheerful no matter the situation, which I liked very much and always thinking of ways to get the job done. She always picks up her phone for me and updates me on the status of the file. Even after the close I had a few items missing from my file and she cheerfully sent it over to me the next day without hesitation. I highly recommend Kathy for all your escrows.
