I used pure logic for the first time and was very pleased. Not only was the transaction nearly flawless due to the personal attention given by escrow officer lori but, the communication necessary to inform all parties in the transaction was also an A+. If you are an agent that is slightly obsessive about your transactions and your clients send them to lori at Pure Logic Escrow.
