I have used PureLogic for several transactions. Our Escrow officer Ana Sierra Ayala is the best! I don’t have to call her constantly to remind her of items needed because she knows what has to be done to get deals closed! She has excellent work ethics and definitely a great pleasure working with. The weekly updates received from Purelogic on a transaction are great, keeps an agent on their toes to complete tasks.. I always use Purelogic when representing a seller, saves me time and saves sellers money!
