I have bought silver and gold through quite a few different dealers in the past, and heard about the great service from Red Rock Secured from a family friend and decided to give them a try. Very impressed to say the least. I called and spoke with Sean and we talked about the reasons I was interested in investing in metals. Instead of trying to sell me the highest margin item, they took the time to understand my current holdings, talked to me about my investing strategy and timeline, and only then made suggestions to round out my portfolio. Based on this conversation, we decided on 5 oz rounds as a great addition to my collection. I then wired funds, filled out the paperwork online with electronic signature, and the trade was made the following day. I then received tracking information, and my package arrived three days later right on time. I highly recommend and will use Red Rock Secured again.
