I found this company online through bankrate.com. Seems great at first with the pre-approval process but it stops there. The whole underwriting process was painful. They asked for unnecessary documents and statements which do not change the outcome of the loan. Therefore, the closing process took longer than it needed to be. Also, they taut themselves as a direct lender but that's not the way they operate. They find an investor (like GMAC) to fund the loan which adds more layer to the process and people involved. Also, there were too many people handling the file. They weren't in sync and disconnected.
