Never use this company, they are all talk and no service, They don't follow thru. They cost us thousands of dollars as they didn't handle our 4 yrs of tax audits correctly. They lied to us and never sent the papers to the IRS and basically cost us a fortune. Bob is all talk with his MBA and PHD but when we needed him, he kicked us to the curb and wanted his secretary to help us who didn't know anything about our taxes. We trusted him for over 10 yrs and several members of our family were audited too. Good luck to anyone who goes there.
