This company should not even be given one star. All posts that I have read here are absolutely correct. I, perhaps, am one of the fortunate ones that my loss is minimal. I have found that all email addresses are no longer in use. All but one phone number is not in use, or the message is, "all boxes are full". Filing a complaint with the BBB is good, but my suggestion is to take it one step further since they are fraudulently taking money, and their web site is still active. Everyone should write a letter to the Gilroy Police Department suggesting they investigate this company. Unless the authorities get involved, Rocky Mountain Decor will continue its practices.
