No stars. Ordered on line. They were very responsive until I ordered. They charged my card $450 and that is the end of it. My calls were a run around. Alicia said her supervisor was out sick etc. I reversed the charge on my credit card and hope that holds. I received nothing. Now all the mail boxes are full. ORDER DATE 3/29/11. CANCELLED 5/16/11.
