I purchased approximately $750 in merchandise (sheets) for my Vacation Rental Homes in Chattanooga, TN from what looked like a reputable online company - Rocky Mountain Decor from Gilroy, CA. I made the purchase on February 25, 2011. My credit card was charged immediately. The next day I received an email telling me that the sheets were on back order and expected to ship Mar. 25th. And so I expected to get an update saying my sheets had been shipped on the 25th of Mar.. Instead I got no response when emailing or on the phone. The 800 number is constantly busy, the regular number says the mail box is full, and I still do not have the order I paid for. I have now filed a claim with the credit card company and would like to advise that if a BBB sign is on a web site, you had still better check to see if they are a reputable company.
I also feel that when a company is no longer associated with the BBB, they should be forced to take action to remove the BBB signature from the web site. I would advise anyone looking for product such as they offer to shop somewhere else.
