I was very pleasantly surprised when my nasty complaint was responded to
by Chase with such class and care and true interest in my past experiences
with other people there. I had been ignored and my calls not returned.
I was making a decision to go in another direction.
Chase took the time to teach me what a good representative of Rosland really does, explaining to me what I have and the value of it. It was a real pleasure working with Chase and seeing how he values Rosland Capital, he's a real
dedicated young man. I made the decision to stay because of the way Chase
represented Rosland Capital.
