I found an ad in the Pennysaver regarding a Receptionist position available. I called and went in for an interview. When I arrived, it seemed one of the most unprofessional settings I have ever showed up to. Many girls showed up, and I was one of four called back for a second interview. Shelly Clifford the manager, had us come back on different days for about 3 hours of what she called a "second interview". The second interview consisted of me answering phones and trying to get people to come in. She said she wanted to hire somebody by today, but funny thing is, she needs all 4 girls again to come in for another "interview" of 3 hours of work. I was told this time where I am actually working is not work that I will eventually be payed for if hired. The 4 girls are replacing her 16 yr old daughter and she cant decide between 4 20 something women whether or not they would be a good fit. I think she is using us for free labor and it makes really uncomfortable.
