I had a horrible experience with this company. I bought season five of the office on february 15th. On the 19th, I asked them for a tracking number and they told me they don't have tracking numbers for media mail but let me know that I should receive by the latest on March 3rd. I waited and March 3rd came and went without my package. So on the 3rd, I emailed them again. They were nice and asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement. I said I wanted a replacement.
So on March 8th, I asked them when they shipped the dvd and when I should expect it. On the 9th, I received a response saying that they have to wait until the shipping department is open to give me an answer. So I waited and on the 12th of March, I asked them again. I got no response. I tried to contact them again on the 15th, I received no response. I contacted them AGAIN a few times, on the 16th and still no response. I let them know that if I don't get any response as to when my dvd was shipped (a very simple and reasonable question) that I would go through my bank to dispute the charge. They still didn't respond so I had to dispute the charge.
I got my money from the bank but I never had suck an issue trying to get information about something I bought. Especially when the question is so simple as when was my item shipped? I will never ever shop there again. They didn't try to rectify the problem at all and just ignored me completely. They are NOT worth the cheap prices, you'll just have to get your money back anyway. Go somewhere else.
