I placed my order with the company and they shipped it fairly quickly. However, the items were not quite what I was hoping for and they are giving me the runaround trying to return them. I have been trying for four days to contact them because you have to have a Return Authorization Number before you can ship items back. I have emailed, tried Live Chat, and called both phone numbers on the website--each phone number takes me to the warehouse who says they will connect me to customer service but then they hang up on me. I will keep trying. I was very disappointed to check the BBB website and find they have an F rating.
