I had never heard of Secure One Capital when they cold called me, but I was interested and so I did some research. All of the reviews were shining so we decided to go for the refinance with Eric. This all began on Feb. 9th, 2016. I guess our refinance was a bit complex with a Trust involved and I sent reams and reams of documents to prove who we were and everything he asked for.It seemed that we sometimes went weeks without hearing from Eric, and I kept calling asking what was happening. Then the end of March, almost 2 months later, I got a call saying that Eric was no longer with the company and I panicked.After all this do we have to start all over? Then a miracle a happened and Janene Spargur came into our lives. She was wonderful!!! She picked up the pieces, put everything together and especially held my hand as I fretted. She was patient and she listened to me and helped me through this nightmare. We finally were funded at the end of April, nearly 3 months from the start. So although I will not give a 5 star rating because of the mess this was for us, Janene and her underwriter Kasey should get 5 stars, because they were great but our overall experience get a 3 star rating.
