Great Customer Service - Shockingly fast - and more Cash than we expected for our orgnanization!

Very impressed with the expediency of the process and offer, which came within 24hrs of 1st speaking with Matt who sent me a printable FedEx Airway Bill instead of my having to wait for the Kit, which is a preferred way to go when time is not of the essence.
I brought the gold to FedEx with the pre-paid (free) over-night shipping label and it traveled all the way from North Pole, Alaska to Florida. They received it, did their assay, and sent me an offer. All of that happened before I even woke up today- amazing!
Plus "SellYourGold.com" gave us 20% on top of what they were already given offering due to my being a first-time customer. Well, their process and customer service paid-off. Today I am sending them more gold.
The entire process was free of charge, and I have never worked with a company of any kind that handled everything so smoothly and efficiently. Part of this is due to 21st century technology and FedEx shipping, the other 90% of the success of this I attribute to the quality customer service that both Matt and Laurie provided.
