I was a bit hestitant at first about sending my jewelry to an online company I'd never heard of. I am glad I did. They made shipping very easy for me and I received a prompt confirmation of its arrival as well as a quick offer. When I mentioned I'd had a local offer for a little bit more, they matched that price plus some. I wanted to assess my local options further, and they shipped my item back promptly. However, I am planning to send it back because I haven't found any local offers that can match or beat theirs.
I spoke with company representatives on the phone several times, and each time they were professional, friendly, competent, and very helpful. I plan on doing business with them in the future and recommending them to others.
