Very friendly and fast service is what I received even though I had some worries about sending in my gold. First I received a email telling me they see that it was sent. Then again after they received it and sent me an offer. I called with questions and they were answered so professionally that I felt I was speaking to family. I received payment and can not tell you how I look forward to sending in any gold or gemstones that I can find. Great business. My only regret is that I can not give them ten stars.
