STOLEN JEWELRY

I am still in shock after sending my jewelry to SELL YOUR GOLD..They received by package 6\22\2016 and I never received an offer so I called then around noon on 6\24\2016..When I called I was told they received my card and appraisal papers but no jewelry.Maybe I shouldn't have put the appraisal in there which was $15'500..They had package 2 days and never let me know jewelry was stolen..Now I have no choice but to seek legal advise..Would you call customer if jewelry was gone immediately,espicially at this value...No answers,no call ever made to me..The only contact was them responding slowly to me by email..DISAPPOINTED,SHOCKED,UNPROFESSIONAL,and NO ANSWERS..Please don't let this happen to you...
