Very Disappointed

I read and hear many great reviews regarding sellyourgold.com so I decided to try it. Their customer service was outstanding but their offer was an insult. I sent them a plain gold wedding band and a diamond wedding ring that appraised for $4500. They offered me $138 for both rings combined. It was an insult, before I sent the rings to them I told them that I already had an offer for $900 from a mall jeweler.
Sending my jewelry to sellmygold.com was a waste of time and very disappointing. I think there are definitely better options for selling jewelry that this website.
