Very Disappointed
After receiving my package from, I contacted them to increase the value of the insurance on the shipping, since my jewelry is worth more than the $1,000 coverage. I was told to email pictures and credentials. I emailed 2 pictures, along with a scan of an appraisal and diamond cert. I did not receive a response AT ALL. So the next day I resent the email - still NOTHING. So I called them to make sure they received the email. I was placed on hold and then told my information was not enough to warrant the insurance. They suggested I ship it anyway (??) - which I said, "No, thank you" Ridiculous - ship my jewelry uninsured to an unresponsive company!? They continue to spam me with email and call me and leave voicemails to make sure I got the package?? But did not have the courtesy to return an email - POOR SERVICE
