We endeavor to make fair offers to every customer. Thus, we are disappointed when we fail to meet customer expectations. We recognize, however, that not all customers will accept the offers we are able to make. That is why we implemented a risk free return policy. When customers are not satisfied with their offer, we promptly return their items for free. Although we regret that we were unable to meet Ms. B’s expectations as to the amount of her offer, we appreciate her acknowledgment that her items were returned promptly per our policy.
