We recognize that we may not be able to meet every customer’s expectations. But we do not believe customers should bear that risk. That is why we implemented a risk free return policy. When customers are not satisfied with their offer, we promptly return their items at our own expense. Although we regret that we were unable to meet Ms. M’s expectations as to the amount of her offer, we promptly returned her items per our policy.
