Total joke .Was told they had emailed me several times but Have yet to recieve any. The offer had been there for 5 days which was a joke I requested the return of my jewlery and was then told he could up the price by half which was still a joke. I did agree and am still waiting for a check in the mail which was told it took 5 to 7 buisness days and was asked for routing number for my checking account! ! Save yourself attorney fees go to local pawn shop
