Do NOT send your gold here. They made a crazy offer of 271.00 that was worth about 1.000.00!!!! When I called to get my jewelry back, they assured me 24 to 48 hours it would be mailed. It is over a week now and NO jewelry!!!! I will be calling the better business bureau and the attorney general. I have been calling them every single day for an update and I'm told 24-48 hours. What a joke.
I Thank God I sent my diamond ring somewhere else! Diamond Buyers International was professional,courteous and offered me $1200.00 for my diamond ring and had the money in my account within 24 hours!! whereas my local five star jeweler only offer 750.00!! I will be sending them my watch band too, if I ever get it back from these frauds. I placed a complaint with the better business bureau also.
I finally received on 7-17 usps tracking number which has shown NO movement! Which means they just gave me a tracking slip number which you can get at anytime at the post office by just grabbing a few slips, or it is lost. I am sincerely nauseated by this incident.
