This business is a scam and should be investigated. Our experience begins with the delivery of a case of septic cleaning product which was I never ordered. The address was wrong but it was delivered to us anyway because we live in a small town. The incorrect address was the same as the one used for much of our unsolicited mail, indicating that it came from a mailing list. We called to tell them we would send it back if they sent us a prepaid UPS return shipping label. They refused to pay for the return shipping and insisted that we ordered it. They played back a recording of a conversation that a male salesman had with a our 23 yr old cognitively disabled daughter who agreed to the order. They have persisted to try to collect on an invoice and at no point did they suggest we return the goods for canceling the invoice. Potential customers should read the many internet posted complaints about other scams attempted by this company.
