I tried to return a product by emailing for an RMA authorization number and they never sent one. After 2 emails I contacted customer service and he told me I already got the RMA. I told him I did not get one and he told me to email again as there was nothing he could do. Now that it has been 3 weeks I am assuming now they will not accept the return at all since it has to be returned within 15 days...
