i joined smc in 2007, it started out great, i had a website built which coast me 300.00. No one was ever able to use it. I tried to talk to the technical support which got me know where they said it should work, but i was not able to use it nor were any of my customers that tried numeras times to place an order. So after a few months of that i decided to cancel with smc. I wrote them a lengthy letter explaining my situation and asked for my refund for 300.00 for the web site that never worked, and because i was past my 30 days they would not refund my money. Then i hadent heard any thing from them in several month and i just happed to be checking my bank statement on line and there was a 99.00 charge for an upgrad on my website! I was a litte surprise and irretated. I called and asked for my refund and they told me that i had to cancel with the web site that is was a totaly different account than my smc account. wierd. so they told me to get online and fill out a refund form and i would get my money back in 3 to 5 business days. No that did'nt happen. I called back again and was told to write a letter explaining my situation and fax it to them and i would have my money back in my account in a few days. My husband is disabled and i have been sick and have not been able to work for two years so i thought this would be a great way to make extra money but insted it has cost me way to much money and now they have stolen 99.00 out of my account that i can't get back. They have now denied my refund and will not even let me speak to anyone in the operations department. Very poor way to run a business if you ask me. I trusted these people with my debit card and they used that trust to rip me off. I hope this letter will keep anyone thinking of doing business with them will thing again, it is realy a bad idea. The last person i talked to was so uncaring and rude that i couldnt hardly believe it. I bought allot of merchandise from them and was never able to sell anything at there suggested price. So i was stuck with all of this stuff that i had to practicaly had to give away, which some of it i did. I was just very disapointed in how things went compared to the way they make it seem on their commercials. It is true what they say. IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBLY IS!!!!!!!!!!!!
