Hello recently my Maytag Dryer wasn't powering on, so I searched in the Yellow Pages for a repair company, called about 5 before I found a very nice company with good rates, that was Smith Brothers Appliance Repair, I called and I believe I spoke to a young lady named Ashley who helped me set up my appointment for my dryer. I first had your company out on the 6th of July, technician came out and told me that I needed a Timer and a switch I believe. I was informed that it was a special order because it was a 12 year old dryer and could take up too 2 weeks, it has been 2 weeks now and I was very pleased as how the company handled my backorder situation. If I wasn't being informed by Ashley on my part back-order I probably would've wanted a refund, but she resolved the situation and my part should be in within 2 days and my dryer back up and running. I really appreciate the discount's and warranty Smith Brothers has, they are very reliable and priced right, believe me I asked around, and I saved about $70.00- $80.00 on the whole job. I will refer this company to my family and friends, Thank You very much Smith Brothers Appliance Repair.
