This company also does business as Smoke 51, Star smoker, Smoke Star, and Vapor Corp 51. Vapor Corp must be the parent company as its a publicly traded stock (OTC: VPCO). Very deceptive marketing practices. They advertise a "free" trial on their website to get you to order. No where on the site does it say the item actually costs $89.95 and will start them sending you monthly refills at $29.95 a pop. When the item arrived the paperwork mentioned something about monthly refills (no prices or mention of buying the holder itself). I looked all through the paperwork the day I received the item to try and find and address/phone number/email to return it to and could find nothing other than a website where I could "Buy more products!!" After digging through that website I found a contact form and emailed them requesting they cancel any "membership" they had signed me up for and give me an address to return the product. No answer. I finally get an email from them saying my "monthly refill shipment" is on the way. This, at least did have an address, email, and phone number. 40 minutes on hold (after being hung up on and getting a message that customer service was closed ((It's 11:30am - The recording says their hours are 9 - 5 est)) and two emails later I have an address to return my product.
