I recently purchased from Smoking Everywhere. The sales person that took my call promised me a refund (minus return shipping) if I was not satisfied with my purchase. I asked the sales person to state a second time (to be clear) that I would get a refund if I was not satisfied with the product. She stated it a second time that I would get a refund. I told the sales person that I was only making the purchase because of the refund guarantee. So, after being confident I would get a refund, I placed the order. I received the product in a fairly timely fashion; tried it; discovered it did not work reliably and decided I just wanted to return it (I simply don't think the technology has been perfected yet). Smoking Everywhere refused to honor that refund. A second problem with this company is the used car sales approach. If you call in and place an order with one of their sales people, that sales person may offer you a discount to lure you to purchase if they sense you are on the fence. I was offered a 40% discount from full price. Take NOTE of what I discovered by accident: If you call in to their sales line and *do not* place an order, before hanging up the phone system will offer you a 70% discount automatically. Just press "1" to get a sales person on the line. (you see the old used car lot tactics in play here) Upon discovering I could have gotten a 70% discount, I called back into my sales person and she (Rose) told me that she would send me extra cartridges in lieu of giving me the remainder of the discount...hence trying to make up for the difference between the 40% discount she offered and the 70% that I could have gotten. Note again: These extra cartridges never arrived. I was lied to. It's worth nothing that the Smoking Everywhere customer service organization will NOT speak with you on the phone. They will only email you which seems to me to be just their way of keeping you at arms reach. I seldom come across a company that is this underhanded and this dishonest. I gave this company a single star because there was no option for zero stars.
