After back and forth with SMS over their proposed scope and my worries about the overall all cost we finally agreed to the engagement. I was genuinely excited to start. Rishad took the time to truly understand our goals and challenges. He quickly became a teacher and mentor to our employees, working with them in a way that made them feel more secure in their jobs than less. I only bring this up because we have had issues in the past when bringing in outside consultants and how they interacted with employees. He also did a great job implementing crucial tools and a new reporting dashboard to help us track our people in the field. Prior we had just been using the GPX dashboard to track all our cars and equipment but that didn't anywhere near the information we needed. The new dashboard they helped us implement pulled in GPS data as well as reporting metrics from our other systems into one centralized place. We welcome the chance to work with Rishad again in the future as he has helped us immensely.
