I got my refi processed with Derek Sipe and Jacqlyn Garneau. They were very professional and courteous. We ran into a little snag that almost didn't get the loan through. However, Derek & Jacqlyn creatively worked out a loan, so that we can close the deal.
They were very sensitive to the situation, and keeping me informed throughout the whole process. The loan was done within one month. I didn't have to pay a dime for appraisal, or closing cost. Closing was done at home in the evening, which is very convenient.
I would come back to Derek for future financing. Thank for making this a pleasant experience ... despite all the stressful snags that we ran into.
