SCAMMED BY SOX - Sign on the X Notaries - Lets start a suit against them!!

How can we start a class action law suit and/or get all the notaries who have been duped by SOX involved? This is BS! All of their phone numbers and email addresses are now disconnected and I am owed over $1500!!! Please respond if you have any suggestions. Thanks
