Unhappy customer!! I ordered a ring from Sparkles Forever-never received the ring. My credit card was charged. I have MANY times tried to contac Lila Castro-used number found on my creditcard because number listed as customer service number on website has been disconnected. I left SEVERAL messages but NO return calls. I have sent SEVERAL e-mails but NO REPLY.
I have denied the charge on my credit card.
Sparkles Forever NEVER answered my calls or e-mails!
